I received my pillow after searching endlessly it seemed for a firm solid pillow under a ridiculous price yet with quality. This pillow arrived in a beautiful zipper case with a tensel pillowcase for packaging. The pillow is firm and took me a few sleeps to really adjust from my "standard" two unfirm pillow sleeping routine. Sleeping on my side I needed the "high loft" and I sleep better on a firm pillow. There is no fluff to this pillow, it is like a "dough" to the touch. Very happy with my purchase indeed, highly recommend for a side sleeper who also is uncomfortable with their shoulders crunched, this pillow provides superb structure for the neck, shoulders and head.
